Sairam !!
With a heavy heart this is to inform that three of our Sai family members departed us within a short span. Rather we can say, they have merged with Swami.
Shri Govinda Mohapatra, though he rarely comes to Samithy, he was a follower of Swami since a long time. He used to pray Swami at his home. He was the president of the Merchant Association [In oriya, PARADIP BANIKA SANGHA] of Paradip. On one occassion he had narrated how Swami had sent him Prasadam while he was in Security Duty at the Parthi main gate during August Seva of Orissa team. He was also genuine in his daily business not cheating people like others. Swami's photo always was near to his seat in his shop. He merged with Swami on 08.07.08.
Shri Sribatsa Kar, whom i had known since my birth was part of my life. He had seen me growing from a toddler to a full grown Adult. He was one of the founding members of our Paradip Samithy. He had lost his wife when his last children KATHI was of 3/4 months. But he never remarried feeling the children would be neglected by their new mother. He acted as a Mother and Father to his 3 children. He had sacrificed his whole life for his children. In our childhood, he used to wake us up everyday for attending the Nagar Sankirtan in our Samithy. His demise is a personal loss to me. He left all of us on 10.07.2008 at his village.
Bulu .... He was my neighbour and a Sai youth of our Samithy. His marriage was finalised. He was contributing a lot in our various programmes of the Mandir/Samithy.He was smiling, soft spoken and helpful boy. He had lost his ailing father [Late Shri Bipin Nayak mausa] last year. He also was taken away from us on 11.08.2008.
We sincerely pray Swami to give courage to the family members of the departed souls to face the world remembering Swami at all the times.
